Metallised and plastic substrates, PP, PET, board up to 0.8 mm. Spot UV, drip-off, white underprints on metallised stocks.
Web-fed offset printing
Top-quality labels and packaging from the reel. Semi-rotary Miyakoshi with inline hot stamping.
Finishing & bindery

Colour that
never lies
Our proofing system, based on the EPSON SC-P7000 with 10 UltraChrome HDX inks, reproduces the CMYK colour space and 98% of the Pantone gamut. It is driven by a modern GMG RIP, while an X-RITE EYE-ONE spectrophotometer ensures constant calibration.
Contract proofs are produced to the FOGRA 39 offset standard (ISOCoated_v2) on certified semi-matte 245 g/m² paper. Each proof can be certified to the ISO 12647-7 standard.

From brief to finished
run in six steps.
Every order is handled by a single account manager. We never pass you between departments — from the first conversation to the pallet of finished packaging you have one point of contact.
Brief & quote
You describe your project: run length, format, finishes, substrate and deadline. Based on the brief we prepare a free quote and select the right production technology.
File preparation
We check and prepare your files for print: bleeds, colour, resolution and compatibility with the production technology. We help with corrections if needed.
File approval
Before production you receive the prepared files for final approval. Only once approved does the order move to proofing or production.
Proof print
We produce a colour proof to the FOGRA / ISO standard so you can verify the colours and the final effect before the full run.
Printing & finishing
We carry out printing and all finishing processes: lamination, hot stamping, embossing, die-cutting, gluing and other enhancements — all under one supervision.
Inspection & dispatch
Every order undergoes quality control and careful packing to the project requirements. The finished run is delivered by our own DTL transport, by courier, or prepared for self-collection.

DTL is an offset printing house from Porąbka near Bielsko-Biała, Poland, with many years of experience in carton packaging, self-adhesive labels and marketing materials. We specialise in print technologies demanding the highest colour precision — FOGRA 39 certified sheet-fed offset, web-fed UV offset and UV printing on low-absorbency substrates. Our machinery includes the Heidelberg Speedmaster XL 75 (8-colour, B2 format) and the Miyakoshi MLP (narrow-web printing, 330 mm web width), complemented by our own die-cutting shop with an MK Easymatrix 106 and a hot stamping press. We deliver complete orders under one roof, with no subcontractors and full quality control at every stage. Standard turnaround is 5-10 working days.
